Unpublish an ad

Unpublish an ad on the Website:

Go to your ads and click on the ad you want to inactivate.
In the box that appears, you will see a checkbox indicating that your ad is published.
Uncheck this box to unpublish the ad.

When the ad is unpublished, it will no longer be visible on Hygglo, and renters will not be able to send new rental requests for the ad. However, this does not affect ongoing bookings.

Unpublish an ad in the App:

In the app navigate to your profile where you then go to the list of ads (called listings). Go to the ad you want to disable. The switch can be found just below the pictures. Tap it to disable the ad.
