What happens if the item is not returned?

First and foremost, we have a lot of different security systems in place to reduce the risk of theft significantly. Were however an item not to be returned, the following steps were to happen:

File a police report on the person who rented

Create a claim on the money

Block the person from using Hygglo

Compensation in line with our insurance terms
