To send a rental request
To submit a rental request, you must first enter the ad for the item you wish to rent. Select the rental period in the calendar by first pressing the first day of the period, then selecting the last day. Then the entire period will be automatically selected. In other words, you should only select the start and end of the period, not mark all days individually.
If you do not already have an account or are logged out, you will get a pop-up asking you to log in or register an account when you send the rental request. You must have an account to send requests.
You do not commit to anything by submitting a rental request. We therefore recommend that you send more rental requests if there are several people in your area who rent out what you need. This increases the chances of getting a quick and positive response. We have also seen that if you send a message to the owner (you can do this from the rental request), this also increases the chances of quick answers.
When the owner approves your rental request, you enter the request to pay for the rent. A booking is made upon payment, this means that the days are reserved for you and the cancellation terms begins to apply. The payment goes into an account with us and is not paid out to the owner until the rent is finished.
